FEES

Application fee is $50.00 per applicant 18 and older. We only accept cashier’s checks or money orders.

PETS

Pet Fee: $300.00 first pet/$150.00 second pet

Monthly pet rent $25.00 first pet/$15.00 second pet

We allow two (2) pets per apartment home.

We accept pets up to 60 lbs. (combined weight) with breed restrictions. Pets must be over 1 year old.

All fees are non-refundable.

LEASE OPTIONS 

12 Months

Six Months: market rates + $75.00 per month
